Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Because many of our products are used books, special editions, collectible items, and limited inventory, our return policy is outlined below.

Book Condition

Used books are sold in the condition described. Minor wear consistent with the stated condition is not considered a defect.

Please review product descriptions and condition statement carefully before purchasing.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if:

  • The wrong item was received;
  • The item arrived significantly different from the description; or
  • The item was damaged during shipment.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Used books accurately described in the listing
  • Special edition books
  • Signed books
  • Subscription boxes
  • Mystery or blind-date books
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Digital products (if offered)

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Everbound.

Damaged Items

Claims for damaged shipments must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage and packaging.
