At Everbound Bookshop, we carefully package every order to help ensure books arrive safely.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, special promotions, conventions, travel periods, severe weather events, or high-volume sales periods.

Shipping Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping Delays

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. Everbound is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, customs delays, or other transit interruptions.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional postage before being reshipped.

Lost Packages

If a package appears lost, please contact us at info@everboundbookshop.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and determine available options.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of:

  • The damaged item(s)
  • Packaging materials
  • Shipping label

We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.
